Daniel Staton, Vice Chairman

  • Founder of Staton Capital LLC, a private investment firm, and has served as the firm’s Chairman and Managing Director since 2003.
  • Serves as Non-Executive Co-Chairman of the Board of ARMOUR Residential REIT, INC., a residential investment firm.

James LaChance, Director

  • Director of Terran Orbital since 2018 and served as Terran Orbital’s Compensation Committee Chairman from 2018 until January 2020.
  • Founded BreakPoint Asset Management, a full service merchant bank, where he has served as Chairman since its inception in 2007.
  • Founder and owner, serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, of The Compound LLC, an adventure marketing business in Las Vegas, Nevada, which he formed in 2011.
  • Serves as the Chairman of Paratus Energy Service LTD.
  • Spent 20+ years as an investment manager specializing in highly leveraged companies and distressed investment situations.

Tom Manion, Director

  • Retired U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, served in various roles from 1978 until his retirement in 2008 as the G-6 for the Fourth Marine Aircraft Wing of the Marine Corps Reserves.
  • Held various senior leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson prior to his retirement in 2014.
  • Previously ran the North American Pharmaceutical Group’s Financial Shared Services Center from 2000 to 2005.
  • Held the position of VP at the Pharmaceutical Research Institute from 2000 to 2003.

Richard Y. Newton III, Director

  • Currently serves as Managing Partner for the Pioneer Partnership Development Group, a consulting firm in retail and defense industry sectors, and COO of BenchMark5 Management Consulting Firm.
  • Served 34 years in the U.S. Military before his retirement with the rank of U.S. Air Force Assistant Vice Chief of Staff.
  • Served as commander of the nation’s first B-2 Stealth Bomber squadron.
  • Holds significant corporate board experience with Victory Capital Management, USAA Mutual Fund, PredaSAR, and ELTA North America.

Tobi Petrocelli, Director

  • Current Director of Environmental and Sustainability Management of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group since June 2020 where she leads the group’s ESG program and its $330 billion sustainable finance goal.
  • Founded Verde Enterprises LLC, a sustainability consulting service where she served as president until June 2020.
  • Holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in International Business from Walden University.

Doug Raaberg, Director

  • Currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Air Force Association.
  • Retired from the USAF at the rank of Major General where he led the most advanced air, space and cyber operations in support of U.S. and international forces.
  • Previously worked with Northrop Grumman, running the $10 billion U.S. Air Force business development efforts for the aerospace sector.
  • Led international business efforts as Chief Executive for Northrop Grumman in the United Arab Emirates.
